Ms. Jennie Conger, P.E. is the owner and Principal Engineer of Conger Environmental Engineering (CEE). She graduated from Northern Arizona University in 1995 with a degree in Environmental Engineering.

Ms. Conger is a registered professional engineer in the State of Arizona (#36700). She has academic and professional training in many areas of environmental engineering and science and directs all aspects of each project undertaken by CEE.

Ms. Conger meets the definition of an Environmental Professional (EP), as defined by 40 CFR 312.1(b).
